The service
Mooview lets you import, organize and explore a personal audiovisual library. The product is still evolving, so features, interfaces and integrations may change.
Your account and use
You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in methods secure, and for the activity carried out in your session. Keep the information you provide accurate and do not use the service to break the law, violate someone else's rights, abuse other people or interfere with the service.
Your data and content
You keep your rights over the data you import and the content you create, such as reviews, lists and comments. You give Mooview only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content according to your settings and to operate the service. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.
Imports and third-party information
You are responsible for the files you choose to import. The initial reading of an export happens in your browser. Movie titles, posters, availability and other catalog information may come from third-party sources and may contain errors, change or become unavailable.
Credits and attributions
Information and illustrations from third-party sources are credited on our Credits page.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data, cookies and analytics is described in the Privacy Policy. By using features that require an account, you acknowledge that your data will be handled as described there.
Availability
We work to keep Mooview available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue features when needed to maintain or protect the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how you use the service, we will make a reasonable effort to highlight it.
